Opened for Marco V in Buffalo

Hey everyone...I'm not sure how many of you knew but Marco V played in Buffalo last Thursday at Club Sphere. I was choosen to open and close for him I also had to pick him up from the airport.

I picked him up around 4:30pm on Thursday. It was his first time in Buffalo, for those of you who have'nt met Marco V hes an amazing person..Very socialable, kind and very funny. I took him out to eat for some World Famous Buffalo Wings Funny he had the same impression about Buffalo a lot of you guys have, he thought it was farmland, he was surprised to see the big city, theres hardly any farm land out in Buffalo.

The night was great. Buffalo showed great support! Marco played an amazing set, absolutley flawless with TONS of great tunes as you would expect. He had a great time behind the decks and truley showed his appreciation for all the handshakes and compliments that were given to him. He played from 1-3:30, then I took over for him. The tunes kept going even after the lights came on. Dancing and cheers kept going past the closing hours, people would not get off the dance floor

It was a great night with one of the Worlds best! Marco V is truley an amazing DJ/Producer/Person.

Yeah... Nice to read that you've eat Buffalo wings with Marco, I do remember now that Buffalo is famous for them... ;)

However, Marco's very own style is really great, it's something you have to like . He has developped his style the passed few years, with some tribal and pumping sounds, and his mix qualities are pretty good, imo. For the last time I saw Marco at Innercity, his set was really enjoyable, he knows what tunes to drop every time.
Next time I'm at the recordshop, I'll browse his tunes, see if there's something nice to grab.

It's great to see that Marco V became also famous over the Dutch borders. Marco started in a small club called 'De DansSalon' where I saw him (and his good friend Benjamin Bates) a few times behind the decks.

Marco V is a hell of a DJ and he knows how to party for sure! I saw him twice this year (Dance Valley and Innercity) and both times he was great (as always!) and played an awesome set!

BTW, did he also spun his 'Bang Bang' bootleg? That one is wicked! :D

I see that the original post was from the end of July. I've heard 'Bang Bang' for the first time in a Marco V set on ID&T. Date of broadcast was the 3rd or 4th of June...So, I think that he already had it back then... ;)
