from what ive seen ferry usually spends as much time signing albums or what ever and taking photos with fans after the show as possible. ive never seen or heard of any one ever getting turned down for a photo. i think it mostly depends how fast clubs want every one out. the first time i saw him here he signed everyones event poster and took photos with pretty much every one but last time they basicly had every one out of the club in 10 minutes and obly those who rushed the stage after his last track were allowed to get photos and autographs :(

i'm sure u'll be fine, this city is quite conservative so the clubs HAVE to be closed and empty at 3am at the latest. i'm assuming oz isnt like that.

I'm not sure what it's like in the eastern states, but in Perth, 6am sharp they cut all power so the DJs can't play anymore even if they wanted to. And everyone is kicked out within 15 minutes :( And I always bring my camera to these gigs and have never had a problem! If you're really worried just chuck it down your pants or something! haha I'm sure they won't go looking down there ;)

The tickets say 9pm-5am, so I guess the music stops at 5 but I'm thinking Ferry may not be on the decks right up until then. I'll find out in 2 and a half weeks, I guess :D

I'm not real keen on the idea of dancing all night with a camera in my pocket, but it's worth it for a shot with Ferry :P You girls are lucky, you have a bag you can stash them in. Us guys have to stuff them in our jeans :(

ohh yeah!!!we had a table rexervation and since we wasnt at the dance floor we were on the second floor and it was easy to attach the dj place all we had to do was to walk around the place!!well we talked with ferry before he started and after ofcource!!so nice to talk with him again!!He recognize me at once and the first thing he said was:So you are the famous maria111 :eek: believe me i was suprice my shelf!!!well i gave him a kiss and he gave me a goodnight hug!!but those was for me!! :p

Here are all the pics that I took of ferry during his birthday show at velfarre in Japan. Actually two sets - an 11pm-130am SYSTEM F set and a 9am-12pm Ferry Corsten set. All the pictures I took on stage were during the Ferry Corsten set. I didn't get VIP passes until Ferry knew I was there, so I was at the whim of security taking my camera during the System F set.

Velfarre's actual dj booth is even nicer than the stage setup. I was talking to one of the opening DJs for ferry about having 4MK5G-Golds and he said it was heaven. Im not sure if I would use the vestax mixer, but hey, it is japan, and they love their vestax.

As for the camera, it was a little Canon Exilim EX-Z3.

Actually I was so excited about seeing him live that I totally forgot to bring my cam. But I guess it was better because the way I jumped, danced and rocked I would miss it easily! Thought I shall contribute..I saw Ferry on 3rd of Jan in Australia. Unlike Europe very rarely do the Djs come to perform for us. When they do..they deliever! Ferry and Armin back to back, what more could u ask for!

We were @ Salvationz last Saturday, from 18:00 we have taken place at the front to wave :p to Ferry. I really think he smiled when he saw me there, or was it to me neighbor :) anyway, it was so cool...

After his set we get backstage (don't ask me how we did that) and we had some time for pictures. My one is taken by a real photographer :D I'm still have one question, did Ferry stood on his toes?
