And there’s more! The best track of all entries will be rewarded with a Novation XioSynth keyboard. So if you win this contest you are sure you yourself can make tracks with the unique Ferry Corsten sound.

Dancemania please, i would like to know the rules of the selected tracks, for i know, every person how do music on his own, can upload the link to his tracks, but...more of them can upload more than a song with differente name, or upload no original material and the judges of the contest dont see that isn´t an original track from this user. For example: i do music and i got a space on the web that anyone can download my music...ok, my music its not copyrighted or registered under any label or organization...if someone:evil: uploads one of my tracks under his name to this contest...how you can recognize that this is not truly an original material???...

Or the correct link on the e-mail contest has to be a direct download (click & down without going to another web page)...

Well, cause this is a global contest, sure there will be a lot of big tracks,and not only one style like trance...electro, progressive, house and all EDM are welcome to the contest and more Pro than this one sure...but, i dont miss anything trying it...

elmago, I don't nessesary think it would have to be Pro or be a Pro style contribution mate so there is no worry there. I just feel that production you have made is better than Tijs solo stuff, like that 647 or whatever, that is static. Whereas yours elmago is more open and flowing it is surely a Trancy track, it has some epic lift to it, I would say that it holds a few very significant (I can tell this buy one listen) your own home made ingredients.

I don't produce as I have No Keyboard No Electronicky equiptment or anything to that matter elmago so if I were to have a go it would have to be if I got the chance to get on a Keyboard or something?

As soon as there is more info, you will read it here. Ferry is pretty busy ATM in the studio, so he can not listen to all tracks in 1 day as you might understand. So ... have some patience please and just keep checking this topic for updates!

After narrowing 240 entries down to a couple of distinctive productions a winner was chosen: congratulations Joris van der Straten! His track 'Flashing Over' was simply outstanding. Even though he already released a couple of productions in the past, we could not rule him out as it was an open contest for everybody to enter. 'Flashing Over' is technically a very good production. The track of Joris will see a release on Flashover Recordings in the near future and besides that, Joris won the Novation XioSynth keyboard as well! Congratulations!
