Where's Turnmills Though? Slightly?
Clerkenwell Road (junction with Turnmill Street), London EC1

Nearest tube station: Farringdon
Several bus routes within London pass or go near there, such as the number 38 from Victoria Station which I always use to go there

So have you ever been to hear Ferry play in club before?

Well, how do do you mean? The type of records he plays? How he interacts with the crowd? How the clubbers react? It's sort of like hearing other DJs play except with Ferry-selected music.

How come you've never heard him before? Where do you usually go clubbing?

Ski, Ski, Ski No I mean, the whole night, is Exiter as Awsome as I have dreamed about?

Is 'Scum' the greatest DJ you have ever heard play his sets' mix records' things like that Ski. I would so love to hear 'Spirit Of Adventure' live and see what 'Kinky Toys' does.

Is the 'Sidewinder' a real stomper of the decks Ski?????

I was a Devonshire boy born and bred. I was born in London.
So you were born twice? ;)

Ferry's a great DJ (even if Armin is probably my absolute favourite). Usually plays plenty of his own recent productions plus other good records (such as the ones in his monthly 'Top 5' list). Popular with the crowd; not unusual for chants of "Ferry! Ferry! Ferry!" at the start of his set or for everyone to join in with "Derrr der de duh, duh der duh duh" if Punk is played. Ferry looks happy whilst DJing; frequent arm and hand movements in time with the music.

But it's difficult to just describe it. You really have to be there like Ant said. As I was saying before, how come you've never got to hear him?

okay, let me be very honest to you:

as a regular forum member and loyal Ferry Corsten fan, I'm always dying to see him again anytime soon, like all the other die-hard Ferry fans (especially those in the States) on this forum, though the next few months he won't be in the Netherlands

he spins in the UK just as much, and maybe even more .. and you just let him pass you by?

and regarding your age, what's the big problem going to see him? I bet you are afraid of going into the big open, or to go to places (for example clubs) where people socialize, which normal people do.

Ferry's there, why aren't you?

Thats very presumptious and assuming of you Anlong I don't have a fear of the outdoors and I never had and never will have that fear of it.
"which normal people do."

Can I have an expression of what Normal is please Anlong, as I fail to see what normality has to do with this, are your claiming Society/Normal and all wording like that gives you permission to lable people (Me)?

Normailty is a word to put people under scrutiny and to put people into a class system. (Look at the system in India, you have the "Filthy Rich in Money" and then "The Untouchables") Whereby the society, within a group of a field or in society in a society can control the factors and add a controlling emphasis on their part of the society. If you are an alikeness to me, I believe in being totally diffeent to other people, I am creative, thus explaining the fact that I don't wish to belong to a societus grouping where your told how to dress, address people and how to act.

Anlong Normailty is another aspect to create a controlling pointers where peole want to have an acceptance fear. Try using abnormal and other than the society method to your approach to life and see the rewards then.

it was my impression, but thanks for clearing things up ;)

and correction:

normal(ity) is basically a way of maintaining a level in which people can coexist, to the standards of a specific group of individuals or just the sole individual. Which is natural.. (in other words: nobody can be anybody's best friend)

I'm normal, but I have my ideas on being different.. so it's just "between the ears", right?

end of discussion

End of Discussion? Is that because you are normal that you have the right to end this discussion Anlong, that is very aggressive?

What I want to know is, are you a better person if you wish to belong to a society or not?
