Ferry Corsten’s Party For Peace
Friday November 17 @ Forum De Beirut

October, 2006

After a postponed visit to Lebanon in August 2006, Ferry Corsten is finally in Lebanon to celebrate peace in the Middle East on Friday November 17 2006. This will be the first large scale dance event in Lebanon in promotion peace with one of the largest international DJs in the world. Mix FM & Bacardi B-Live are the Organizers and producers of the event.

Ferry Corsten was originally scheduled for a date in Beirut set for August of this summer. Due to the unfortunate and sad events of the war during last summer, all partners involved had decided to postpone this event.

Star DJ Ferry Corsten was among the first to express through the radio and on various clubbing forums, his greatest sorrow and compassion truly wishing peace in the whole Middle Eastern region and promised all Lebanese clubbers that he’ll be the 1st artist to perform in Beirut once war was done. He has kept his promise.

Ferry Corsten’s Party For Peace tickets are sold at Forum de Beirut and Zaatar W Zeit and cost 26 USD per ticket.

Aside from this, a special pre-party event on Thursday November 16 is held with Ferry Corsten. The party will be aimed at raising funds to be donated by Ferry to the International Red Cross. There will be several other fund raising activities that will be announced soon.

This event is supported and endorsed by the Ministry of Tourism of Lebanon and is produced & Organized by Bacardi B-Live & Mix FM.

I don't think so all the past mix fm events weren't broadcasted, as for this one i still don't know but i don't think it will be, anyway when i know something about it i'll reply 2 u.

well am lebanese and am frm the ones whose houses wer lil damaged after the war and it is really a pleasure to have such concerts again...
this concert is really a gr8 idea frm Ferry...
the dance scene in LEB is on fire again!
before the concert our beloved DJ gonna meet our minister of tourism and the profit of the gig gonna go to the pple who lost their houses or need some aid.

All The Mix Fm Events were broadcasted, As I remember If Im not mistaken Nick Warren was the First if not Anthony Pappa, They usually Broadcast the events from 12pm til 3am or 4 am Beirut Time.
