On Friday March 30 the Effenaar will be ready for a true sensation….
One of the worlds leading trance DJs/producers of the moment is ready to rock and unleash Brabant, and make it elevate above The Netherlands all night.

No other than Ferry Corsten will undertake this mission on full force!

Born and raised in Rotterdam, and now famous all over the world, the DJ/producer will be present at the Effenaar on the last Friday of the month. This will be his first performance after a long time in his home country again.

Corstens’ international breakthrough really started off with the hit releases ‘Fire’, ‘Rock Your Body, Rock’ and his first artist album ‘Punk’. The year 2007 starts amazing as well with the single ‘Hurt of Intention’ by German producer Mind One, which is released on his own label Flashover Recordings. The release contains a remix by Ferry himself amongst others.

The first L.E.F.-party was held in March 2005 in club Panama, Amsterdam. Since then the world’s number 6 DJ has been shaking up the crowds all around the world with his L.E.F. parties. In the same year, his second artist album ‘L.E.F.’ reached the highest position in dance download charts of I tunes in U.S.A within two weeks after its release date.

After a serie of successful L.E.F. parties, now Ferry feels its time for something fresh.
On March 30 the “ Ferry Train” will continue its journey in Eindhoven, with the supreme premiere of his new concept at the Effenaar: ‘ Konflict’

‘Konflict’ is about dance music being lifted to a new and different level. Nowadays DJs are bookmarked on their style of music. Ferry wants to show there is more to be discovered to his well-known trance sound: thinking out of the box and searching for new combinations is the way to go around. For that reason Ferry will invite his friends to accompany him during the night. Get ready to expect the unexpected…..

During the first edition of ‘Konflict’, Ferry will be accompanied by Mason. This young talent, really found his way up as a DJ and producer during the last few years. With gigs on festivals as ‘Extrema’, ‘Mysteryland’ and ‘Dancevalley’ and of course his best seller release ‘Exceeder’, which reached the top of many dance charts in the UK and The Netherlands, Mason is here to stay.

After Mason Ferry will take place behind the decks for an exclusive 3 hour set!

On March 31, Ferry Corsten will also play at ‘Sensation White’ in Anvers, Belgium. Especially for this event Ferry made the exclusive theme song called ‘Loud Electronic Sensation’, based on his track ‘Loud Electronic Ferocious’.

I did not say it would be amazing:confused: ...I like to check it out because its a new concept. I do not pass judgement on something I have not done or been to. I must say admire anyone that tries new things;)

I wasn't referring to Ferry's new concept or whatever it is, but just in general. The past year most parties I went to I experienced as quite average, nothing new going on there, DJ's playing on safe, barely any atmosphere etc. And I rather go to quality events now such as Armada Night in the UK, Tiesto in Concert, Dance Valley and more like that when I know I'm gonna have a great time.
