Part 079 : Future Breeze - How Much Can You Take (Moonman’s Flashover Remix)

Martin Hensing and Markus Boehmeare the 2 members of the German dance act ‘Future Breeze’. Their very first release was in 1995, when the track ‘Read My Lips’ came out on the German label ‘Le Petit Prince’. In 1996 the ‘Future Breeze’ track ‘Why Don’t You Dance With Me?’ was released and with this track they immediately got international success.

In 1997 ‘Future Breeze’ released the vocal track ‘How Much Can You Take’, which did pretty well in the German charts. Besides the original CD and vinyl release, there was also a special promo release on vinyl only. This promo release had some different (and new) remixes that were done by people such as Kay Cee, DJ Energy and Ferry Corsten.

There is also another special vinyl available. This one has Ferry's version on it and a remix that was done by Nalin & Kane. This version was only released on a very special limited white label. It was made and pressed as a present for ± 50 Brithish DJ's who powered songs from the "Alphabet City"-label (From "Marc et Claude") in the UK. Official it was never released!

Funny detail about the remix for 'How Much Can You Take' is that Ferry’s remix was released as ‘Moonman’s Flashover Remix’. In October 2005 Ferry started his own label ‘Flashover Recordings’, so he used the ‘Flashover’ name already back in 1997.

In the year 2000 Ferry did another remix for a ‘Future Breeze’ track. This time he finished a remix for the track ‘Smile’, together with his friend / colleague Robert Smit.
