Would love to go, but not that easy :eek: as I live in France. But The line up is thrilling :D :D :D . By the way I would love to go to Innercity in Amsterdam on Saturday, can I still get tickets? Have you been there? Will U go? If U have details I'd be glad to have some news.

Yeah, Ferry's Trance Energy 2004 set was also great. He was one of the first who spinned the great Sahara tune!

I hope he will play some classics, like his remix on U2's New Year's day, and some of the tracks of his newest album, like Right of Way, Everything Goes and Holding on (Above & Beyond remix).

I will be there, I'll be wearing a white longsleeve t-shirt with a Japanese flag (sort of) imprint on the front with black stripes on it, and a Buddha-like figure. See you then!!! :cool:

I prefer much more the original oh Helstrip of Synaesthesia....

I really would like that he plays something of Gouryella or Eon... :D

Even if the first reason I go there is for M.i.k.e. , but I'm expecting from Ferry a really huge set!!! :D

I think MIKE is a great producer, but a crappy DJ! heard him once at the Asta during an Armada night!! But hell no!! Keep focussing on producing MIKE :D

Yeah, no words for tonight's act. It was sublime, perfect, in other words, not of this world. Everyone was completely rocking out! :p That's why I like most about Ferry at any dance event. I remembered Innercity a few months ago, he was also the finest DJs on the Main Stage there. So, I say there may be no other (better) legend than Ferry Corsten. :D

I know, but Amsterdam is a hell of a lot closer to Utrecht than Miami, Florida. :p

Last night was my first time seeing Armin live!!!! He was great!!! No proggy crap! :p

Here's my review! Also the same one I used for the Arminforum, since we all go along very well ;)

It started around 19:15 when I had to pick up my friend @ from the trainstation. From there we went to my place to play some records. I teached him the basics of dj-ing, but you have to be talented for it. He was good at scratching though.

Around 21:20 we left my place to go to TE. 10 seconds outside rain came heavily down, so we arrived soaking wet at the venue. The entrance was quick and around 22:10 we stood at mainstage with Ronald van Gelderen. No fluffy opening DJ, energy immediatly! First track we've heard was Need To Be Loved, followed by Made Of Sun, Dreammachine and Cold Storage. We need a build up DJ anyway. There I met another forummember Linsey. My friend wanted to see M.I.K.E., so we left mainstage to see him. M.I.K.E. was playing amazing. Proggy stuff, trancy stuff and techno! Highlights we're Wave Force, Adrenalin, Turn Out The Lights and lot's of other M.I.K.E./Push stuff.

After M.I.K.E. we had a small TA-meeting. Saw lot's of familiar faces there, always good to see those guys n gals. Filterheadz started then. No fluffy techno, banging from begin till the end. Mi Casa Es Su Casa was banging hard! Amazing performance!

Time for mainstage again for Rank 1 LIVE! I was really looking forward to them, cause the last time I saw them live, it was at TE 2002. The intro was too long in my opinion, but the tracks that followed made it all up. Hightlights we're Airwave and a super live remake with Benno on the keyboards of Superstring! Goosebumps all over, hands in the air, closed my eyes and pure euphoria!

Then the man who I wanted to see for sure: Armin! His first appearance on Trance Energy and definatly not one to forget! Set was filled with energy, didn't stopped dancing during his set (only to get drinks though). 24 sounded better then ever, Find is amazing to hear in a big venue, new Motorcycle kicks ass, Marcos + Made Of Sun owned me completely! BOAA was very nice to hear live for the 1st time! Keep playing this Armin, it definatly kick ass! Massive Motion, the ID track and an amazing closer with Ferry together: EXHALE :D Ferry behind the decks and Armin on the booth!

Ferry-time! This guy doesn't need an intro. Ferry & Armin is the ultimate combination at a party! First track: Sublime, massive! Ferry played only his own tracks/remixes, I didn't even noticed it, cause I was really into his set. Highlights we're I Love You, Force Of Gravity, Adagio For Strings (FC Remix ofcourse), It's Time and a new Ferry production/remix, which totally rocks! Was awesome to message Sheila during Ferry's set, she didn't want to miss a single second of his set!

When Ferry was done, Linsey wanted to meet him so badly, so we waited there to meet Ferry. Sheila sended me a special message to show Ferry. Ferry was happy about reading that :D He's a really nice guy who takes time for a chat and picture.

After Ferry Johan Gielen was scheduled. Not really my cup of tea, so went to the In Charge stage again to see John '00' Fleming, who I wanted to see for a long time. No real trance, but psytrance. Hehe. The atmosphere was amazing there, saw some Belgian friends and the music was really psy, haha. When JOOF was done Igor S came on. Again not my cup of tea. I really needed to chill for a moment, which turned out to be a long chill out.

I came back home happily, satisfied and tired around 7.30am. Decided to call Sheila again for the amazing time I had and went to sleep around 10.30 am after browsing the net and some reading. Woke up around 13:00 to write this review and share my experiences from last night with the people.

Can't wait till TE 2006 with Armin, Ferry, M.I.K.E., Rank 1 and JOOF hopefully
again!

I agree with Freezel, Ronald van Gelderen was awesome! He played a great opening set! Even when the floor was a bit vacant, he still played some good danceable stuff!!

I should be there for next year's T.E.!!!!

Provided I recover from this one, financially as well as physically. :p

Haha, you're not the only one i guess. The presale has already started, but I hope the tickets don't get out that soon :confused: Anyway, i'm ready for it :cool:
